Cinco de Mayo, May 2-3 - Lake Lanier Sailing Club - Flowery Branch, GA

(sailing in Atlanta in May when there should be wind.  EMSA regatta.)

Dave Irey Memorial - May 30-31 - West River Sailing Club - Galesville, MD

(great chance to start developing a fleet at West River and a great venue)

Duck Cup - June 6-7 - Nor'Banks Sailing - Duck, NC

(2 day's of too much fun.  Another EMSA regatta)

CatFest - Sept 12-13 - Lake Norman Yacht Club - Cornelius, NC

(Great venue and another EMSA regatta)

Weta Nationals - Sept 23-26 - Nor'Banks Sailing Center - Duck, NC

(Nationals with sponsorship by SailNC and big plans in the works)

Michael Boks (bought boat #18 from Scott) and I are planning on going to U of Michigan sailing club in early May.  They have a couple open ( free) Portsmouth races, but the 2014 schedule is not up yet.




Gull lake yacht club also has open Portsmouth races on the national holidays on May 26, July 4, and September 1.


CRAM is running a race for Wetas last weekend in July, in Muskegon, MI.  Six sailors are keen - find out more info here  http://www.cramsailing.com/regattas/nors/37-muskegon
